From the R.N.A.S. Culdrose roundabout south of Helston, take the B3293 to St.Keverne. Follow Porthoustock signs from St.Keverne square,  Parc-an-Grouse is the first Bed and Breakfast you come to on your right, aprox. 400 yards from the village you come to a sharp left hand bend and we are right in front of you.
