Our terms of business are the first nights accommodation taken as a deposit at time of booking, if cancelled in writing one calendar month before arrival date the deposit will be returned. 

If cancelled one month to three days before arrival the deposit can be transferred to another date. 

If cancelled within three days of arrival date we will do our best to let the dates again, failing this full payment of the entire stay will be due.
