The Old Carpenters Shop is a
comfortable detached holiday cottage built four years ago in a quiet private
court yard just two minutes walk from the beach in Coverack 
village on the Lizard Peninsula in South West Cornwall, sleeping up to a
family of 4.
Ideally positioned in the centre
of the village, the cottage is an easy stroll from the village amenities
and the coastal footpath which can be joined at the end of
the beach.
Two steps lead up to the front door which opens to a large lounge
dining  room
with
comfortable seating for 4, for your entertainment there is Sky TV. radio, DVD, CD,
and MP3 player. Through
the lounge is a well equipped galley kitchen with useful larder storage,
a cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave etc.
Upstairs is the very
large en-suite bedroom with double and single beds with panoramic views across
Coverack bay, there is an extra single guest bed downstairs if required,
beds have duvets. Bed linen, towels,
electricity and heating are inclusive.
The village has a pub,
tea rooms, restaurants, post office and general store.
 The cottage with
private off road parking is well situated for walkers with local
footpaths to Black Head, Lowland Point and the rugged cliffs of the
Lizard close by. Changeover day is Sunday to help avoid the Saturday
heavy traffic.
